With more than 16 years of experience Edward is a knowledgeable and resourceful leader that helps our clients achieve results. Edward designs and manages a variety of land development, transportation and survey projects at Gilpin Engineering Company and he is equally effective at assisting public clients to address their infrastructure challenges and providing solutions that help private land developers visions become a reality. Edward received his Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University and is a licensed professional engineer and a surveyor in training (S.I.T.) in the State of Texas.

Edward is active as a volunteer and serves on numerous boards and committees including: Board of Directors for the Border Olympics, Laredo Community College CAD Advisory Committee, United High School Engineering Technology Magnet Advisory Committee, Laredo Rotary Club and Past President of the Laredo A&M Club.
